NEWS

We are thrilled to announce that our last two Bangladesh tours were completely sold out. Due to the overwhelming response and continued interest, we strongly encourage you to secure your spot on our Nov 11 - Nov 24, 2025 tour as we still have few spots left, led by the delightful expert in Islamic Architecture, Iman Abdulfattah.

Begin your journey in Dhaka, the dynamic capital where the old and new collide in an extraordinary blend of sights, sounds, and experiences. Lose yourself in the chaotic charm of Old Dhaka, where narrow lanes hum with the energy of rickshaws, vibrant markets, and irresistible street food. Dhaka is also a thriving hub for contemporary art and culture, with galleries and theaters offering a glimpse into Bangladesh’s modern creative scene. Bangladesh’s cultural heritage is a treasure trove for history enthusiasts. Paharpur, a UNESCO World Heritage site, invites you to step back in time as you explore the magnificent Somapura Mahavihara, one of the largest and most significant Buddhist monasteries in the Indian subcontinent.

For those captivated by traditional arts, the tour will take you to the pottery village of Rajbari, where artisans create exquisite handmade pieces, and to Dhaka, where you can witness the intricate artistry of Jamdani sarees, an emblem of Bangladeshi craftsmanship. One of the most unique experiences of this tour will be a visit to the Chittagong Hill Tracts, a mesmerizing region in southeastern Bangladesh that borders India and Myanmar. This remarkable destination is home to 11 indigenous tribes, each with its own distinct cultural traditions, language, dress, and religion—Buddhism, in contrast to the Islamic majority of Bangladesh.

Here, the cultural and ethnic identities of the tribes stand in stark contrast to the Bengali majority, and their ongoing efforts to preserve their heritage, languages, and ancestral lands remain a vital part of the region’s story. The landscapes are equally distinctive—rolling hills, tranquil lakes, and cascading waterfalls await you, offering a stunning backdrop to the region's rich cultural fabric. This tour offers a rare opportunity to delve into Bangladesh’s diverse history and vibrant cultures, with a personal touch from an expert guide.
